 Administration Plan
¡@¡@Based on the nature of our duties, the center has established 3 divisions, namely, the system service, network management and education administration divisions. The functions and duties of these divisions are as follows.
  1. System Service Division
    1. Planning, analysis, design and maintenance of school administration automation.
    2. Maintenance and management of the school administration system server.
    3. Applications and management of school administration system accounts.
    4. Computer-related enquiry services; and management and writing of technical manuals.
    5. Integration of school-wide computer databases and implementation of system interfaces.
    6. Assistance in system implementation for all units.
    7. Technical support and educational training for administration-related application systems.
  2. Network Management Division
    1. Planning and implementation of the campus network.
    2. Applications and management of email accounts.
    3. Planning, maintenance and management of dormitory networks.
    4. Inspection and management of campus networks and management of application servers on the network.
    5. Maintenance of network firewalls and establishment and management of network security policies.
    6. Net flow control and improper network information protection.
    7. Assistance in the implementation of distance learning projects.
    8. Establishment of improper information control mechanisms.
    9. Implementation of campus information security plans.
    10. Reinforcement of education on Internet ethics and IP rights for teachers and students.
  3. Education Administration Division
    1. Planning and management of software and hardware of computer classrooms.
    2. Management of center property, equipment and data.
    3. Campus webpage implementation, multimedia instruction promotion, and campus web server management.
    4. Organization of computer skill training for teachers and staff, and educational training for information promotion.
    5. General administration.
    6. Publication of center newsletters.
    7. Organization of software application level certification, training programs and seminars.
    8. Periodic inspection of the use of legal software on the campus network.
    9. Establishment of the school software management system to ensure the IP rights of computer software.
